Day 206 Wednesday July 25, 2012
At the bottom of the picture from yesterday, you can see that I added some goals in my peace and balance smashbook. I really thought I'd have more stuff in the book than I do. Maybe it will run into 2013 or to my goal. Then again if things are back on track, maybe I'll be adding things more frequently.
I'm lost back to my weight in 2010 and am only 1 lb from what I weighed in 2008. I hope that by August 9 for my final weigh in (2nd 8 weeks) I'll at least be there! Since I weigh in for that fully clothed, maybe I can be to that weight dressed :) Six pounds and I'll be at the next 00 weight (the goal after the 1 lb to read 2008 weight). If I can manage it by August 9, I'd meet three goals- to be down too 2008, slide by that to the 00 weight at home and I should be at the 2008 weight fully dressed. Confusing I know! I have to focus on small stuff. I lost 5 on my own in 16 weeks and I've lost 15 in the last 14 weeks. Even with the weight coming off faster, that is such a slow pace that I can focus on the total. I'd give up. Still I've lost almost 20% of that long range goal and based on the weeks in June and beginning of July, I feel I can do what I need to maintain what weight I do reach.
Long term goals- 17 lbs from where I am today will get me to what I weighed in 2006 and 42 pounds gets me to what I weighed in 2005 before the thyroad stopped working right. The other half of the equation, 35 pounds, is the weight I put on when I went of phase on of South Beach and couldn't maintain 3 hours a day of exercise.
Progress......... sweet progress

Day 205 Tuesday July 24, 2012
For some time I've just been hovering at the same point. I go up a pound and down a pound. I missed a workout with flu and I had one that was not full throttle due to a calf injury. All the things that could have derailed me. They may have slowed or stalled my weight loss but I've kept trying. I'm back to twice a week with the personal trainer and getting in more than 30 minutes a day for exercise and slowly trying to build back up to the level of 4-5 times a week getting in 90 minutes.
Bottom line, a half pound weight loss in the last week. From Mid April when I began my body bugg, I've lost 15 lb (and I'd lost 5 at the beginning of the year before body bugg) Of course they do not sync up with the personal training but are close. Had I continued losing 1.5 a week, I'd be at about 22. I'm happy for all that went wrong I could hang in there! Hopefully back on track again.
